Job Specifications:
– Meet with clients, owners, and technical leaders to identify technical eligibility and structure projects
– Assess and interpret activities which may qualify for the SR&ED program
– Prepare and compose well-written technical reports describing R&D activities
– In conjunction with the Engagement Manager, meet with accounting staff of clients to identify and summarize eligible expenditures for costing of SR&ED projects
– Develop claim eligibility models and participate in any CRA review meetings to support the SR&ED claim submission
– Manage records associated with each clients case
Required Qualifications:
– University degree in an area of science or engineering
– 3-5 years of SR&ED experience
– Superior verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to correspond effectively with all levels of management
– Ability to multi-task and meet filing deadlines
– Outgoing, self-confident, and able to achieve individual and team objectives
– Understanding of financial principles and business
– Vehicle and license required (some travel in Ontario necessary, but not excessive)
